舒心安神汤治疗心脏神经官能症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察舒心安神汤治疗肝郁气滞型心脏神经官能症的临床疗效。方法:将72例肝郁气滞型心脏神经官能症患者随机分为舒心安神汤组(治疗组)与谷维素、β-受体阻滞剂组(对照组)各36例,14天为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,治疗组患者总有效率为88.9%,显著高于对照组的75.0%,组间临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者心悸懒言、胸闷气短、头昏乏力、失眠心烦症状改善率分别为88.9%、86.1%、83.3%、86.1%,均显著优于对照组的72.2%、66.7%、63.8%、69.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒心安神汤具有养心安神、疏肝解郁的功效,对肝郁气滞型心脏神经官能症临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Shuxin Anshen Decoction on treating patients with hepatic stagnation type of cardiac neurosis.Methods：72 patients with hepatic stagnation type of cardiac neurosis were randomly divided into two groups,patients in experimental group was treated with Shuxin Anshen Decoction,the control group only treated with oryzanol andβ-blocker 3 times daily for 14 days.Results：After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,statistically significant,the total effective rate of the treatment group（88.9%）is higher than the control group（75.0%）.After treatment,the treatment group Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）score was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,there was a significant difference between the treatment group.Conclusion：Shuxin Anshen Decoction subtraction can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms in patients with hepatic stagnation type of cardiac neurosis.Shuxin Anshen Decoction can effectively reduce amilton anxiety scale integration of patients with cardiac neurosis.
