摘　　要：目的评价应用负压封闭引流术（Vacuum sealing drainage,VSD）治疗脊柱内固定手术术后术区浅层感染（Superficial zone of spinal site infection）的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年7月-2013年10月间,应用VSD治疗11例脊柱内固定手术术后术区浅层感染的临床疗效。11例均未拆除内固定物,术区清创后,VSD治疗1-3次,二期无张力缝合术口或临近肌瓣转移修复创面。结果 11例术区浅层肉芽组织生长良好,术口二期愈合。结论对于脊柱内固定手术术后术区浅层感染,经彻底清创,VSD治疗可取得良好的疗效,缩短治疗周期,减少感染向深层蔓延几率。Objective To estimate the clinical outcomes of Vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） in the treatment of postoperative superficial zone of spinal site infection. Methods 11 cases with postoperative superficial zone of spinal site infection were given vacuum sealing drainage treatment 1 to 3 times after debridement in July 2010 to October 2013, followed by second stage suture or muscular flap transposition to repair wound. No case was removed the internal fixation. Results 11 cases＇ granulation tissue grew well. All wounds achieved second union. Conclusion VSD can provide a good clinical effect,short treatment time in the treatment of superficial zone of spinal site infection, and reduce the incidence of which infection spread into deep site.
