珠海市金湾区社区老年人健康状况及卫生服务需求的调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解社区老年人的健康状况及卫生服务需求情况。[方法]采用分层抽样的方法对金湾区社区281名老年人进行一对一的问卷调查。[结果]社区老年人的家庭结构类型以直系家庭为主(70.5%),15.3%的老年人在生活不能完全自理时表示愿意依靠养老机构;39.1%的老年人能够自觉每年进行不少于1次的体检,53.0%的老年人身上至少患有1种慢性病,慢性病种类中以高血压为最高(40.9%);老年人中高盐饮食比率为29.2%,吸烟比率为27.4%,饮酒为18.5%,经常锻炼身体者52.3%;老年人希望卫生服务能够改善的方面主要表现在:价格67.3%、服务态度63.3%、就医的便利性55.5%、医护人员的专业技术水平34.9%;老年人对社区卫生服务的需求主要表现在:健康问题咨询、家庭访视、定期体检、生活方式指导、居家护理等方面。[结论]根据社区老年人的健康状况及卫生需求,今后社区卫生工作者应采取相应措施完善社区卫生服务,满足老年人健康需求。Objective：To understand the health status and health services demands of the elderly in community.Methods：Using stratified sampling method,281 elderly in Jinwan district were selected.A questionnaire about the health status and health services demands of the elderly in community was done.Results：Lineal family was the main family type of the elderly（70.5%）.15.3% of the elderly expressed the willingness to rely on endowment institutions if they could not completely take care of themselves.39.1% could take medical examination consciously,at least,one times a year.53.0% suffer from at least one chronic disease,in which chronic hypertension was the highest（40.9%）.The ratio of high-salt diet elderly was 29.2%,smoking was 27.4%,alcohol consumption was 18.5%,and regular exercise was 52.3%.The elderly hoped that the healthy service could be improved at the price（67.3%）,service attitude（63.3%）,convenience（55.5%）,and medical staff＇s professional technical level（34.9%）.The elderly needed community health services provide health counseling,home visit,regularly medical examinations,lifestyle guidance,home care,and other aspects.Conclusion：According to the health status and demands for health services in community elderly,community health workers should take appropriate measures to improve community health services to meet the health needs of the elderly.
