摘　　要：我国新型农民合作经济组织发展已进入加速和深化阶段。研究马克思恩格斯合作经济思想,对推动我国农民合作经济发展具有重大意义。通过对马克思恩格斯合作经济思想中关于合作目的、合作形式、合作制度、合作原则与合作分配等方面进行解读,我们发现其当时的政治考虑及价值意蕴符合时代要求。当今新型农民合作经济组织的发展需要还原合作组织的经济功能,应吸收马克思恩格斯合作经济思想的合理内核,并实现历史超越。The development stage of our new Rural Cooperative Medical System（NCMS）is in deepening and accelerating stage. The research of Marx and Engel＇s cooperative economic thought is great significance to promote the cooperative economic development of farmer. The interpretation on cooperation purpose,forms of cooperation,cooperative system,the principles of cooperation and co-distribution of interpretation of Marx and Engel＇s cooperative economic thought,we found that the political considerations and value implication had still been in line with the times. But facing with the development of today＇s new farmers＇ cooperative economic organizations,it needs to restore the function of the Organization for Economic Cooperation. It should absorb the reasonable core on Marx and Engel＇s cooperative economic thought to exceed history.
