摘  要:为量化评价绿色建筑的社会和环境效益,对宁波市2014年全年通过节能评估的居住项目进行分析,将住区的人均用地指标与耗氧量相关联,将绿化率与释氧量相关联,建立了基于绿色建筑节地指标的碳氧平衡方程,对比了绿色建筑与未达到绿色建筑标准项目的氧消耗总量。通过研究,提出了一种基于绿色建筑节地指标的生态效益评价方法,并从节地角度对未达到绿色建筑标准的项目提出了人均用地指标规控建议值。研究成果反馈了绿色建筑的节地减碳效果,有利于为城市绿色建筑用地规划提供参考思路。In order to quantitatively evaluate the social and environmental benefits of green buildings, the residential projects which passed energy saving evaluation were analyzed in Ningbo of 2014. Residential land control indicators per capita and green rating were associated with oxygen consumption and oxygen release respectively, the carbon and oxygen balance equation based on green building land saving indexes were built, the total oxygen consumption between green building and projects that cannot fit green building standards were compared. An ecological benefit evaluation method was proposed, and the suggestive value of the residential land control indicators per capita were mentioned from the perspective of land saving. The results are beneficial to feedback the current situation of carbon reduction from land saving indexes of Green Building Evaluation Standard, and also provide a reference idea for the further development of green building land planning.
