摘  要:对多联机室外机实行雾化喷淋技术可有效降低室外机冷凝器周边的环境温度和翅片的表面温度,冷凝器的换热效果提高,加快了制冷剂蒸汽的冷凝速度,提高系统运行效率达到节能的目的。以实际改造工程为例,实测了实施雾化喷淋改造的多联机系统在喷雾前后空气温度和用电量的变化。结果表明在测试条件下,室外机喷雾后翅片进风口温度能够在极短的时间内降低4~7.5℃,出风口温度能够降低2~3.6℃,平均节能率达到7.80%。因此,对多联机风冷室外机实行雾化喷淋改造节能效果显著。The implementation of atomized spray technology for the multi connected air-condition outdoor unit can effectively reduce the surrounding ambient temperature of condenser and surface temperature of fins. It also can improve the heat transfer efficiency of condenser, accelerate the refrigerant vapor condensing speed and improve the system efficiency to save energy. In this paper, as an example of the specific project, we have actually tested the air temperature and power consumption changes in the system of multi-line transformation that implemented atomized spray technology before and after spraying. The result shows that after using atomized spray technology, the outdoor unit fin inlet temperature can be reduced 4 ℃ to 7.5 ℃ in a very short time, the outlet temperature can be reduced 2 ℃ to 3.6 ℃ and the average saving rate can reach to 7.80% under the testing conditions. Therefore, the energy-saving effect is significant for the implementation of multi-line air-cooled outdoor unit atomized spray transformation.
