摘　　要：以渤海友谊号FPSO为例,结合近年来多次FPSO解脱拖航的施工经验,论述单点系泊系统,FPSO解脱拖航的方案设计、施工准备以及海上施工流程,对涉及的YOKE下放结构干扰校核,作业方案优化以缩短施工时间,冬季作业窗口的选择以及通航安全评估进行介绍。Taking Bohai Youyi FPSO as an example,combining the experiences gained through the recently FPSO disconnection and towing project,the Single Point Mooring system,procedure development,preparation and offshore installation workflow are discussed about. Problems of interference check of lowering YOKE structure,procedure optimization to shorten operation time,weather window choosing in winter and navigation safety assessment are also researched.
