醒脑静注射液联合654-2治疗急性酒精中毒的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨醒脑静注射液联合654-2治疗急性酒精中毒的临床效果。方法:选择2013年10月-2015年6月60例急性酒精中毒患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。两组均给予催吐、洗胃、吸氧、高渗糖、胃黏膜保护剂等基础治疗,对照组采用纳洛酮治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用醒脑静注射液联合654-2治疗。记录两组苏醒时间、临床症状消失时间和催醒效果,比较两组肝功能[(丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)]变化。结果:观察组苏醒时间、临床症状消失时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组催醒有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组ALT、AST、GGT显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液联合654-2可明显缩短急性酒精中毒患者的苏醒时间、临床症状消失时间,提高催醒效果,改善肝功能。Objective：To investigate the effects of xingnaojing injection combined with 654-2on patients with acute alcoholism.Methods：60patients with acute alcoholism,selected from October 2013 to June 2015,were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The patients in two groups were given induced vomiting,gastric lavage,oxygen,hypertonic glucose,gastric mucosal protective agent,the control group received naloxone,and the observation group was given xingnaojing injection combined with 654-2on the basis of the control group.Recovery time,clinical symptoms disappeared time and wake effect were recorded in two groups,the changes of liver function（alanine aminotransferase-ALT,aspartate aminotransferase-AST andγ-glutamyl transferase-GGT）were compared.Results：Recovery time,clinical symptoms disappeared time were significantly less than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The effective rate of waking in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that（80.00%）in the control group（P〈0.05）.ALT,AST,GGT in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xingnaojing injection combined with 654-2significantly shortened recovery time and clinical symptoms disappeared time,improved wake effect and liver function in patients with acute alcoholism.
