摘  要:介绍了S109E燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组在两班制运行方式下,通过优化停机后余热锅炉高压循环泵运行时间、高压省煤器再循环阀开度及降低停机后燃气轮机盘车转速,最终提升余热锅炉保压效果。指出了联合循环机组热态启动初期利用余热锅炉高压蒸汽供辅助蒸汽启动汽轮机的必要性、可行性及实践过程,该操作方式节能效果明显。The high pressure circulating pump running time and the high pressure economizer recirculation valve opening degree were optimized, as well as the rotate speed was reduced to improve the HRSG( Heat Recover Steam Generator) maintaining pressure effect of the S109E gas-steam combined cycle generating set after downtime which was in the two-shift operation mode. The necessity, the feasi- bility and the practical process of starting the steam turbine in the early of hot start of the 9E gas-steam combined cycle units using the auxiliary steam from the pressure maintaining HRSG were introduced, also the obvious energy saving effect of this operation mode was pointed out in the paper.
