摘　　要：某市中医院门诊住院大楼工程结构在15层标高62.95 m处向外悬挑,挑出宽度4.7 m,悬挑结构跨度15.2 m,该部分结构施工的模架形式,如何做到安全可靠、适用经济,是整个工程施工的难点重点之一,经过方案对比、专家论证,选用"工字钢悬挑,下撑上拉,搭设支模架手平台"工艺,取得了理想的效果。The in-patient building project of Taizhou TCM Hospital utilizes the structure of outer cantilever width 4.7 m, span 15.2 m on the 15th floor, 62.95 m high. How to guarantee the safety and economy of the formwork is one of the difficulties during the whole project construction. Through scheme comparison and expert appraisal, the process ＇using I-girder cantilever, pulling from the up and supporting from the down, and erecting the formwork support platform＇ is used to get the ideal effect.
