摘 要:瓦斯隧道施工时危险性很大。针对隧道现场施工事故统计数据,分析了瓦斯隧道施工期安全事故的类别特点,并利用FTA法建立了瓦斯隧道施工期安全事故的事故树,全面分析了隧道施工期间人员伤亡事故的基本事件成因,获得了事故发生的75种最小割集途径及预防事故的33种最小径集途径。由此提出了瓦斯隧道施工期安全监管组织的矩阵式结构模式,并对其相关监管岗位职能进行了合理设置。基于FTA法的矩阵式安全监管组织模式能实现瓦斯隧道施工过程的动态安全管理,可为同类高危险性复杂工程施工期安全管理提供有益参考。Gas tunnel construction faces a great deal dangerousness. Based the statistical data of the accidents which happened on the tunnel construction site,the paper performed an analysis on the category characteristics of the accidents during the gas tunnel construction and built their fault tree. Then it further analyzed in detail the basic event causes of the casualty accidents during the gas tunnel construction and found 75 possible minimum cut set ways to cause the accident and 33 minimum path set ways for preventing the accidents. Lastly,a matrix organization structure pattern was designed for the safety supervision during the gas tunnel construction and its corresponding safety management position responsibilities were also set up reasonably. The matrix safety supervision organization pattern based on the FTA method can help to come true the dynamic security management in the course of the gas tunnel construction,which will provide a useful reference for the construction safety management of the similar high-risked complex projects.
