高龄患者股骨转子间骨折采用闭合复位微创PFNA髓内钉手术治疗的临床体会

摘　　要：目的分析闭合复位微创髓内钉(PFNA)治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折患者的效果。方法高龄股骨转子间骨折患者85例分为观察组(42例)和对照组(43例),观察组行闭合复位微创髓内钉治疗,对照组行动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗,对比其手术效果。结果观察组手术指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA手术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折患者疗效良好。Objective To analyze the effect of closed reduction and minimally invasive intramedullary nail（PFNA） in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 85 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were divided into observation group（42 cases）and control group（43 cases）. The observation group was treated with closed reduction and minimally invasive intramedullary nailing,and the control group was treated with action force of hip screw（DHS）. Results The operation index of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of PFNA operation in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture was significant.
