高血压与糖尿病对动脉弹性指数及循环内皮微颗粒影响的对照研究

摘　　要：目的对比糖尿病(DM)、高血压(HM)对循环内皮微颗粒(EMPs)及动脉弹性指数影响。方法选取我院就诊的179例DM、HP患者以及63例健康体检者作为研究对象,测定四组的EMPs、C1、C2。结果四组的EMPs指标由高到低依次为C组、B组、A组、D组;C组C1、C2指标都低于其他三组(P<0.05);B组C1、C2指标都低于A组、D组(P<0.05)。结论 DM、HP分别对患者的C2、C1指标产生影响,致使人体释放EMPs增加。Objective To compare the diabetes mellitus（DM）,hypertension（HM）on circulating endothelial microparticles（EMPs） and arterial elasticity index. Methods Chose 179 cases of our hospital in patients with DM,HP and 63 cases of healthy check-up as the research objects,determination of four groups of EMPs,C1 and C2. Results The four groups of EMPs index from high to low in turn to group C and group B,group A and group D. C1 and C2 indicators of group C were significantly lower than the other three groups（P〈0.05）. Group B＇C1 and C2 indicators were significantly lower than in group A and group D（P〈0.05）. Conclusion DM,HP respectively affect patients with C1 and C2 index,cause the body to release EMPs.
