输血管理模式由粗放型管理向精细化管理转化前后输血质量管理成效对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨输血管理模式由粗放型管理向精细化管理转化后的成效变化。方法对输血科管理模式转化前后相关统计指标进行对比分析。结果管理模式转化后,解决疑难配血例数、解决疑难血型例数、抽查输血病历合格率、院感防护达标率、资料记录完整度等统计指标均有提高。结论输血管理模式由粗放型管理向精细化管理模式转化后,输血质量管理水平得到提高。Objective To investigate the effect of the management of the extensive management to the fine management. Methods A comparative analysis of the relevant statistical indicators of the management mode of the blood transfusion department.Results After the transformation of management mode,the number of difficult cases,the number of patients,the qualified rate of the medical records,the quality of the hospital,the integrity of the data and the integrity of the data were improved obviously. Conclusion The management mode of the blood transfusion was changed from the extensive management to the fine management mode,and the quality management level of the blood was significantly improved.
