心理护理对脑外伤综合征患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探究在脑外伤综合征患者的治疗中结合心理护理的临床效果。方法临床纳入2014年9月~2015年5月在我院进行治疗的脑外伤综合征患者118例,按随机投掷法进行分组,对照组59例行一般护理,研究组59例结合护理干预,探究两组间康复效果及生存质量。结果护理后研究组患者康复率83%相比于对照组49%有所好转,P〈0.05。护理后研究组患者生存质量相比于对照组有所提高,P〈0.05。结论对脑外伤综合征患者实施心理护理后提高了患者生活质量及康复率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing on the treatment of brain injury syndrome. Methods 118 cases of patients with brain injury syndrome from July 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 59 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,while 59 cases in the research group were given nursing intervention. The recovery condition and life quality of both groups were observed. Results After nursing,the recovery rate of the research group was 83%,which was better than the control group of 49%,P〈0.05. After nursing,the life quality of research group was better than the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing to patients with brain injury symptoms helps to improve the life quality and recovery rate.
