摘  要:目的研究强化护患沟通能力对临床护理质量影响。方法选取2013年4月~2015年4月儿科住院患儿136例,将其按数字随机表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各有患儿68例。对照组按常规方法与患儿及家长进行沟通;观察组运用沟通技巧与患儿及家长进行沟通,将两组护理效果进行对比。结果观察组护患纠纷发生率、护理完全依从率优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论将沟通技巧应用于儿科住院患儿护理工作中,能够有效提高患儿护理依从性及患儿家长护理满意度,提升医院形象,融洽护患关系。Objective To study the effect of strengthening nurse communication ability on clinical nursing quality. Methods From April 2013 to April 2015,136 cases of pediatric inpatients were selected. According to the digital random table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,68 cases in each group. Control group used conventional method with children and parents for communicating. The observation group used communication skills with children and parents for communicating,then compared the two groups of nursing. Results The incidence rate of nurse patient disputes,nursing complete compliance rate in observation group was better than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Applying communication skills in the nursing work of pediatric patients can effectively improve the compliance of nursing care and the satisfaction of parents' nursing,improve the image of the hospital and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
