摘  要:目的:探讨肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma pneumonia,MP)快速液体培养及药敏与肺炎支原体抗体检测的联合应用的临床价值。方法:对同一患者分别取呼吸道标本及静脉血进行MP快速液体培养和血清中肺炎支原体抗体的测定,然后对进行快速法、血清法及快速加血清法进行统计学分析与比较。结果:512例肺炎支原体快速培养标本中,阳性87例,检出率是16.99%。血清学抗体检测中,阳性138例,检出率26.76%。将这两种方法差异有统计学意义。但联合使用两种方法与血清法比较差异无统计学意义。结论:MP快速液体培养法无需特殊设备,操作简单,阳性者带有药敏结果,是目前比较理想的早期诊断方法之一,但要注意取材质量,适合各级医院推广,尤其社区医院。血清法特异性强,如能将快速培养与血清学检测联合应用则更加准确,减少假阳性和假阴性率的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical value of fast liquid culture of Mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)and drug sensitivity com-bined with Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody. Method For the same patient respiratory tract specimens of MP fast liquid culture and venous blood of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in serum were taken,and then compared by statistical analysis of the fast method,serum method and combinate method. Results 512 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae rapid culture specimens,87 were positive,the detection rate was 16. 99%. Serological antibody detection,138 cases were positive,the detection rate of 26. 76% . These two methods were significant differ-ence. But a combination of the two methods and serum were compared,the difference wasn't statistically significant. Conclusion MP rapid liquid culture method without special equipment,simple operation,positivewith the drug sensitivity results,but pay attention to material quality. Is one of the ideal method for early diagnosis,suitable for all levels of hospitals,especially in community hospital. Method serum specificity,such as can be quickly combined application of culture and serological detection is more accurate,reduce the incidence of false positive and false negative rate.
