骨髓小粒细胞成分在贫血鉴别诊断的应用和分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨髓小粒细胞成分在MDS-RA和慢性再障疾病的不同表现及在诊断中的意义。方法:骨髓涂片瑞氏染色,低倍镜下骨髓小粒数量,油镜分类骨髓小粒的细胞成分。其中,MDS-RA患者60例,AA患者60例,正常人60例计数骨髓小粒,组间分类比较。结果:MDS-RA患者骨髓小粒造血细胞比例高与AA,非造血细胞比例低于AA,与正常人相比无异常。结论:慢性再障患者的骨髓小粒的非造血细胞明显高于MDS-RA患者的非造血细胞,有助于MDS-RA和慢性再障的鉴别诊断。Objective Cellular components of bone marrow particles in the MDS - RA and chronic diseases,the different manifestations of aplastic anemia and its significance in the diagnosis. Method Bone marrow smear with Wright stain,low magnification,the number of bone marrow particles,oil lens classification of bone marrow cell composition of pellets. 60 cases of patients with MDS - RA,60 cases of patients with AA,60 patients with normal count of bone marrow particles,compared among groups classified. Results MDS - RA patients with a high proportion of hematopoietic cells in bone marrow particles compared to AA,the proportion of non - hematopoietic cells was lower than that of AA,no abnormalities compared with normal. Conclusion Aplastic anemia patients with chronic non - hematopoietic cells in bone marrow pellets MDS - RA patients is significantly higher than the non - hematopoietic cells,contribute to MDS - RA and the differen-tial diagnosis of chronic aplastic anemia.
