摘  要:大庆油田江37区块稠油开发区原油埋藏浅、油层厚度薄,按照常规稠油油藏注汽参数开采难以有效动用储层。在精细地质建模和历史拟合的基础上,利用数值模拟技术,按照不同有效厚度级别对注汽速度、注汽强度、井底干度、闷井时间等注汽参数进行优化并确定其合理范围。研究表明:有效厚度不小于5m的稠油储层,第1周期的注入强度为100 t/m,注入速度大于100m^3/d,井底干度不小于50%,闷井时间5 d为宜;有效厚度小于5 m的稠油储层,第1周期的注入强度为120 t/m,注入速度大于75m^3/d,井底干度不小于50%,闷井时间5 d为宜。该技术在矿场试验中取得了较好的开发成果,完成了22口井共计61井次的蒸汽吞吐注汽,累计产油量为2.23×1~4t。研究成果对浅、薄层蒸汽吞吐合理开发具有应用价值。The buried depth of crude oil in the heavy oil development area of Jiang37 block,Daqing oilfield is shallow,the oil layer thickness is small,and it is hard to effectively produce the reservoir using the steam injection parameters of conventional heavy oil reservoirs. On the basis of fine geologic modeling and history matching,this paper used numerical simulation technique to have conducted optimization on the steam injection parameters like steam injection velocity,steam injection strength,bottomhole dryness and well killing period as per different net thickness levels,and ascertained their rational scopes. The study results showed that as to the heavy oil reservoir with net thickness more than 5 m,the injection strength of the first cycle should be 100 t / m,the injection rate should be higher than 100 m3 / d,the bottomhole dryness should not be less than 50%,and the well killing period should be 5 d; as to the heavy oil reservoir with net thickness less than 5 m,the injection strength of the first cycle should be 120 t / m,the injection rate should be higher than 75 m^3/ d,the bottomhole dryness should not be less than 50%,and the well killing period should be 5 d.Good development effect had been achieved in field test,steam huff and puff had been implemented in 22 wells for a total of 61 times,and 2. 23 × 10~4 t oil had been produced in total. The study results have application value to the rational steam huff and puff exploitation of shallow and thin heavy oil reservoirs.
