风险管理在血液透析护理管理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理风险管理应用在血液透析护理中的效果和作用。方法:选取行血液透析的120例患者,按照是否实施风险管理,将其分成观察组与对照组。其中对照组只采用常规护理手段,而观察组则在该前提下实施风险管理,对两组患者的护理效果观察比较。结果:通过观察比较,观察组护理患者的护理满意度为96.88%,而对照组患者的护理满意度为89.29%,观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理应用在血液透析护理中可以在最大限度上使血液透析所带来的风险降低,并使基础护理质量有效提升,从而使患者的生命安全得到保证,值得在临床治疗中进行推广。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing risk management application in hemodialysis nursing and func-tion. Method 120 cases of hemodialysis patients were selected,according to whether the implementation of risk management,they were di-vided into the observation group and the control group,the control group only with routine nursing,and the observation group in the context of the implementation of risk management,the nursing effect of patients in two groups were observed. Results through observe,observation and nursing satisfaction of nursing group of patients was 96. 88% ,while that of the control group was 89. 29% ,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there were some differences with statistical signifi-cance（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion The application of risk management can make the risk hemodialysis brought about by reducing the maxi-mum in the hemodialysis nursing,and improve the quality of basic nursing effectively,so that the patient＆#39;s life security is assured,worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
