摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预在急性心肌梗死患者行急诊PCI术中对恢复有效循环的价值。方法:从心电图监护、心肌灌注情况、血流动力学改变、临床表现、情绪变化5个方面对196例急诊PCI患者进行护理观察及干预。结果:18例急性心肌梗死患者PCI术中发生室颤,均由护理人员早期识别,经抢救建立有效循环,PCI手术成功。结论:导管室护理人员早期识别患者术中危象,体现及时有效的护理干预在PCI手术中的辅助价值。Objective To investigate the value of nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction in emergency pci for restoring effective circulation. Method The 196 patients undergoing emergency PCI were nursing observed and intervented by monitoring ECG,myocardial perfusion,hemodynamic changes,clinical manifestations and mood changes. Results Ventricular fibrillation that 18 pa-tients with acute myocardial infarction suffered uring emergency PCI,they were identified early by nursing personnel and treated successfully via establishing effective circulation. Conclusion Intervention nursing staff have assisting value in emergency PCI by early identifying emer-gency PCI crisis and timely and effective nursing intervention.
