质量管理工具在静脉治疗护理风险管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用质量管理工具优化静脉治疗护理风险管理。方法:应用统计表、柏拉图、鱼骨图等质量管理工具对静脉治疗护理风险管理进行分析总结,并持续改进。结果:2014年上、下半年通过应用质量管理工具进行质控统计分析比较,静疗护理风险管理存在的问题减少了39.4%;护理人员对静疗护理风险管理重视程度提高了55.3%。结论:质量管理工具用数据说话,使每位护理人员对静疗风险管理中存在的问题一目了然,从而提高护理人员对静脉治疗风险管理的重视及相关知识的掌握程度,激发护士参与质量管理的积极性,达到有效整改。Objective The discussion application quality control tool optimizes the vein treatment nursing risk manage-ment. Method The application statistical table,Plato,the fish bones chart homogeneous burette principle tool carries on the analysis to the vein treatment nursing risk management to summarize,and improves continually. Results In 2014,second half year carries on the nature through the application quality control tool to control the statistical analysis comparison,calmly cured the nursing risk management existence the question to reduce 39. 4% ;The nursing staff to calmly cured the nursing risk management to take the degree to enhance 55. 3%. Con-clusion The quality control tool with the data speech,causes each nursing staff to calmly to cure the question which in the risk management exists to be clear,thus the enhancement nursing staff the vein treatment risk management value and the correlation knowledge grasping de-gree degree,stimulates the nurse to participate in the quality control the enthusiasm,achieved reorganizes effectively.
