摘  要:甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)是内分泌系统的常见病,多发于育龄期妇女,过量甲状腺激素不仅引起全身代谢亢进,而且对心、脑、肾、神经及β细胞等多器官组织产生影响,甲亢与糖尿病出现于同一个体的概率越来越高;妊娠期由于胎盘分泌激素的影响,也可致糖代谢异常。该文综述妊娠期甲亢β细胞功能及可能出现糖代谢异常的机制,为早期预防及治疗提供新思路。Hyperthyroidism is a common disease to the endocrine system,which occurs mostly during childbearing age. Excess thyroid hormones not only cause hypermetabolism,but also influence heart,brain,kidney,nerve and β cells. There also seems to be a higher co-occurrence of hyperthyroid disease in patients with diabetes than in the general population. The placenta hormones during pregnancy can cause abnormal glucose metabolism as well. Here reviews β cell function and possible mechanism of abnormal glucose metabolism with hyperthyroidism during pregnancy,to provide new ways for the early prevention and treatment.
