摘　　要：跗骨联合被定义为一种不规则的骨性联合,即指两块或者多块跗骨之间相互联合形成并且是形成扁平足的最常见原因之一,可以分为3种联合形式,即纤维性、软骨性和骨性。距跟联合是足跗骨联合中最常见的一种先天发育变异。随着距跟联合解剖学分型的广泛应用的同时,不同的影像学分型也随之出现,并逐渐应用于临床,为临床作出正确的诊断提供有用的信息。Tarsal coalition is defined as an abnormal union between two or more tarsal bones and is recognized as a common cause of rigid flatfeet. Tarsal coalition can be divided into three types： fibrous,cartilaginous or osseous. In particular,talocalcaneal coalition is one of the most common developmental defects in tarsal coalition. With the wide application of the its anatomic type at the same time,the imaging classification system for tarsal coalition begins to appear,and is gradually applied in the clinical,which can provide useful information to help clinicians make correct diagnosis.
