摘  要:当前结核病的疫情不容乐观,治疗更是愈加困难。近年来,维生素D在治疗结核病中的作用被重新关注。已经证实维生素D联合抗结核药物治疗预后优于传统治疗,而维生素D水平不足与结核病的发生确存在关联。维生素D的抗结核作用机制是多方面的,其活性产物可通过对多种细胞及细胞因子发挥作用,影响机体的免疫功能,从而影响结核病的发生。而维生素D受体的基因多态性也被证明与结核病的易患性存在关联。At present,the tuberculosis epidemic situation is not optimistic,and the treatment is more difficult. Recently,the role of vitamin D in the treatment of tuberculosis is being re-emphasized. It's been proved that vitamin D combined with drug treatment is better than the traditional therapy,and vitamin D deficiency and occurrence of tuberculosis are correlative. The mechanisms of vitamin D anti-tuberculosis effect have many ways,the active product plays its role through a variety of cells and cytokines,affecting the immune function,and the occurrence of tuberculosis. And vitamin D receptor gene polymorphism has also been shown to be associated with the presence of tuberculosis susceptibility.
