摘　　要：石斛来源于兰科石斛属的多种植物,是最大的兰科属之一。石斛多糖是其重要的药用成分,具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗炎、等多种功效,属于活性多糖的一种,临床上主要用于癌症、糖尿病、心血管系统疾病等的治疗。近年来,随着分子生物学的飞速发展以及对多糖生物功能认识的不断深入,对于石斛多糖药理作用的研究越来越成为石斛研究的热点。Dendrobium is from the various plants of Dendrobium densiflorum,which belongs to the largest genera in orchidaceae. Dendrobium polysaccharide is an important medicinal ingredient,which has the role of enhancing immunity,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,which is one kind of active polysaccharide,mainly used for treatment of cancer,diabetes,and cardiovascular diseases. With the development of molecular biology and the understanding of polysaccharide biological funcations,the study of pharmacology of Dendrobium polysaccharide has increasingly become the focus in recent years.
