摘  要:心肺系统疾病因其高发病率、高患病率、高病死率成为困扰人们的重大难题。芍药苷,一种新的单萜苷,来源于芍药根的有效活性成分。近年来,芍药苷因其广谱的药效被广泛应用于心肺系统相关疾病的治疗。根据目前相关研究报道,芍药苷对多种心肺细胞具有重要的保护作用,能减轻多种原因,如缺氧、过氧化氢及脂多糖等所致的细胞损害,其具体机制可能与芍药苷的抗氧化及抗炎症等作用相关。Because of the high incidence,morbidity and mortality,cardiopulmonary system diseases have become a great problem us. Paeoniflorin,a new kind of monoterpene glycosides,is one of active ingredients extracted from the root of Chinese herbaceous peony. Recently,paeoniflorin has been widely applied in the treatment of cardiopulmonary diseases for its broad-spectrum efficacy. According to the current related researches,it is found that paeoniflorin plays an important role in protecting a variety of cardiopulmonary cells caused by various reasons such as hypoxia,hydrogen peroxide,lipopolysaccharide and so on,the mechanisms of which may be related to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
