摘　　要：梳理了乌鲁木齐环境规划体系,对规划相容性进行了分析,研究了乌鲁木齐环境规划与主体功能区规划、国民经济社会发展规划、城市总体规划、土地利用总体规划等其他相关规划之间关系,论证了环境规划在整个规划体系中的功能和适当定位,探讨了目前乌鲁木齐市环境规划体系存在的主要问题,提出了环境规划与其他规划的协调与衔接方法,为构建乌鲁木齐环境规划体系提供依据。The article overviews the environmental planning system of Urumqi. Through the analysis of planning compatibility, the article researcheson the relationship among Urumqi environmental planning, major function oriented zoning, national economy and social development plan, urban master planning, land comprehensive planningand other related planning. Then, the article demonstrates thefunction and appropriate orientation of environmental planning in the overall planning system and finds out the main problems in the environmental planning system. In the end, the article explores the coordination and cohesive method between environmental planning and other related planning, which providereferences for the construction of environmental planning system in Urumqi.
