摘　　要：设计并研制了一种新型多功能无线电烙铁。该电烙铁的电路由低压报警电路、低压断路保护电路、加热电路和稳压电路四个部分构成,主要采用锂电池供电和LM7805稳压器稳压。低压报警电路主要通过双电压集成比较器的第一比较器实现,当工作电压低于设定电压时,指示灯亮,蜂鸣器鸣叫,为了避免干扰,可将蜂鸣器关闭;低压断路保护电路主要通过双电压比较器的第二比较器实现,当工作电压低于电池本身的保护电压时,电路将立刻切断锂电池供电。实验表明:在电池充满的情况下,以30W的工作状态可持续工作1h,焊接120个点左右。The article designs and develops a new multi--functional Cordless Electric Iron. The electric circuit consists of four parts, including a low pressure alarm circuit, low voltage circuit breaker protection, heating circuit and voltage stabilizing circuit. The circuit adopts lithium batteryas the power supply and M7805 voltage stabilizer to realize voltage stabilization. Low pressure alarm circuit is realized mainly by the first comparator of the integrated dual voltage comparator. Indicator lights and buzzer sounds When the operating voltage is lower than the setting voltage. In order to avoid interference,the buzzer can beturned off. Low voltage breaker protection circuit is realized mainly by the second comparator of integrated dual voltage comparator. When the operating voltage islowerthan the battery＇s protecting voltage, the circuit will be cut off immediately. Experimental results show thatin the case of a fully charged battery,it can sustainably work one hourat 30W and weld around 120 points.
