白城视角:存款保险条例实施状况及问题研究

摘　　要：自存款保险条例征求意见以来,白城市存款保险条例实施措施得力,总体情况良好,金融机构运行平稳,中小法人机构已逐步转变经营理念,更加注重市场定位和风险防控,回归支农支小定位。但通过调查发现,少数中小法人机构凸显抵御风险能力较弱、存款保险计算统计方面的技术性等问题亟待解决。Since the exposure draft of deposit insurance regulations was released, the implemented measures of deposit insurance regulations has been effective, the overall situation has been well and financial institutions have been running smoothly in Baicheng. Small and medium-sized legal person financial institutions have gradually changed the business philosophy and laid special stress on market positioning and risk prevention. Moreover, they have already returned to supporting agriculture and minor enterprises. However, through the survey we find that, a small number of Small and medium-sized legal person financial institutions are？lack of the ability to resist risks. In addition, the calculation of deposit insurance and other technical problems need to be resolved as soon as possible
