摘  要:电硅热法冶炼Fe V50所使用的电弧炉,炉衬材料是镁砖。延长炉衬寿命,除采用优质的耐材,设计合理的尺寸以及良好的砌筑质量外,还必须做好炉衬的维护工作。炉衬的维护工作,是冶炼操作的重要组成部分,它不但直接影响炉衬的使用寿命和各种材料的消耗指标,而且在很大程度上决定合金的质量和产量。以承钢3.0 t电弧炉为例,探讨了炉衬损坏的原因,提出了整体养护和主动以渣护炉的理念。通过控制二次电压、电流,维护炉底,提高补炉质量以及用富镁轻质石灰替代重质石灰等措施减少炉衬的侵蚀,延长炉龄。目前电硅热法冶炼Fe V50碱性电弧炉最高炉龄达到302炉,平均单炉产量达到2.691 t。The furnace lining material for electric arc furnace to smelt FeV50 with electro - silicothermic process is magnesia brick. To prolong its work life, besides adopting good refractory material, designing rea- sonable size and good constructing quality, the maintenance must be well done. The maintenance of furnace lining is an important part of smelting operation, not only directly affects the working life of lining and the consumption indexes of various materials, but also decides the quality and output of alloy to a great extent. With 3.0 - ton electric arc furnace of Cheng Steel as example, the reason for lining damage is discussed, and the idea is proposed of overall maintenance and actively protecting furnace with slag. With measures adopted: controlling secondary electric voltage and current, maintaining furnace bottom, improving fettling quality and using the rich - magnesium light lime to replace the heavy lime, the corrosion of furnace lining is reduced, the working life prolonged. At present the longest life of the furnace reaches to 302 heats, average output per heat 2.691 tons.
