摘　　要：针对现场生产及实际需求,基于VB软件设计并开发了精馏法处理热镀锌渣的在线监控及查询系统,实现了现场生产情况的实时操控、异常情况及时报警,并且还实现了对精馏炉生产信息数据的自动采集、处理、分析、汇总,历史数据的记录及查询,数据报表趋势分析与打印,数据存储、备份及恢复。有效提高了精馏炉的自动化控制水平,对精馏炉塔体寿命、温度控制和锌锭产出率、产品质量等方面提供了强有力的支持。应用实践证明,该系统图形界面简洁,操作方便,有利于提高工作效率。For the requirement of actual site production, an on - line monitoring and inquiry system is de- signed and developed based on VB software for treatment of hot galvanization slag with rectification. With it the real - time operation and in - time alarm for abnormal situation for site production are realized as well as automatic gathering, treating, analysis, summarizing of production data of rectification furnace, record and inquiry of historic data, trend analysis and print of data table, data storage, backups and recover. The system effectively raised the automation level of rectification furnace, offers a strong support for prolonging working life of tower body, temperature control, output rate of zinc blank and improving quality for rectification fur- nace. It is proved in practice that the system is of simple interface and convenient operation, benefits to im- orove work efficiencv.
