摘　　要：近年来,随着我国经济的不断发展和进步,人民生活水平得到了很大提升,因此人们对医疗条件的要求也在不断提高。继续医学教育是医院发展的重要组成部分,不但可以提升医院的医疗水平,同时也是医生获得新技术、新方法的重要手段。分析继续医学教育的内容,探讨如何提升医院的科教水平的措施。In recent years, along with our country economy＇s development and progress, not only people＇s living standard is greatly enhance, so people are also increasing requirement for medical conditions. Continuing medical education is an important part of hospital development, it not only can enhance the level of hospital medical, as well as the doctor get method is an important means of new technology. Therefore, this article will analyze the contents of the continuing medical education, and how to promote the science and education level of the hospital.
