摘 要:采用盆栽的方法,以冰山藏玉、金城女郎和绉玫瑰3个西北牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)品种为试验材料,研究不同土壤pH对牡丹叶片可溶性糖含量和SOD活性的影响,旨在找出其适宜的土壤pH范围并比较不同牡丹品种对酸碱胁迫的抗性. 结果表明,3个牡丹品种的可溶性糖含量和SOD活性均随酸碱胁迫程度的加深和时间的延长呈先上升后下降的趋势,酸胁迫下叶片出现的受害症状早于碱胁迫.绉玫瑰的可溶性糖含量和SOD活性最高,金城女郎次之,冰山藏玉最小.由3个牡丹品种可溶性糖含量、SOD活性变化和植株受害情况,可以初步确定3个牡丹品种的抗性能力从大到小为绉玫瑰、金城女郎、冰山藏玉,且抗碱能力大于抗酸能力,适宜的生长范围为pH 6.5~8.5,即在中至微碱性土壤上生长良好.Taking the three northwest cultivars of potted tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.) (Bingshancangyu,Jinchengn-vlang and Zhoumeigui) as materials, soluble sugar content and SOD activity in leaves under different soil pH treatment were investigated, aiming to find out suitable pH range and resistance to acid and alkali stress of tree peony growth. The results showed that, the soluble sugar content and SOD activity of three tree peony cultivars presented an increasing-declining trend as the extension of stress degree and time, the victim symptoms of leaves under acid stress appeared earlier than the alkali stress. Soluble sugar content and SOD activity of Zhoumeigui was the highest, following by Jinchengnvlang, and Bingshan-cangyu was the lowest. According to the soluble sugar content, SOD activity and plant victimization, it could be concluded that the soil pH tolerance of Zhoumeigui was stronger than Jinchengnvlang and Bingshancangyu,and the tolerance to the base stress was much stronger. Soil pH ranged from 6.5 to 8.5 was suitable to tree peony.
