郑州市郑东新区土地节约集约利用评价研究

摘　　要：以郑州市郑东新区为例,运用层次分析法结合区域发展实际对其土地节约集约利用状况进行评价。结果表明,郑东新区土地利用集约化指数为0.477 4,为不集约,原因在于土地投入的产出没有达到预期效果,基础设施建设还不健全,存量土地粗放利用,其在土地集约利用上仍有很大的挖掘潜力。针对评价结果对相关问题提出了相应的对策,旨在为今后的规划建设提供理论依据。Taking Zhengdong new district of Zhengzhou as an example, by combining analytic hierarchy process with the re-gional development practice to evaluate the economical and intensive land-use of Zhengzhou. The results showed that, the in-tensive index of land-use in Zhengdong new district is 0.477 4, which is not intensive. The reason indicated that the output of land-input does not bring expected effect, the infrastructure construction is not perfect and the stock land is utilized ex-tensively, but there was enormous potential in land intensive utilization. According to the evaluation results, some correspond-ing countermeasures were put forward, as to provide theoretical basis for future planning and construction.
