基于偏离-份额模型的荆州市产业结构优化研究

摘　　要：运用偏离-份额模型,以湖北省为背景区域,对2004-2013年间荆州市的产业结构进行了实证分析,并与宜昌市进行横向比较。研究表明,荆州市的产业结构尚未达到最优,三次产业总体竞争力较弱,与宜昌市相比存在较大差距。具体表现为:第一产业占地区生产总值比重偏高;第二产业以传统产业为主,新兴产业占比较小;第三产业发展缓慢,竞争力不足。基于实证研究结果,提出了大力发展现代农业、优化工业产业结构和提升服务业竞争力的政策建议。Taking Hubei province as the background region, this paper used the shift-share model to analyze the industrial structure of Jingzhou city from 2004 to 2013, and compared with Yichang city. The results show that the industrial structure of Jingzhou had not reached the optimal and the overall competitiveness of three industry was weak. There had a great gap with Yichang city. Specifically, the primary industry accounted for GDP proportion was higher; the secondary industry domi-nated by traditional industries, and emerging industries accounted for a relatively small; the development of the tertiary indus-try was slow and lack of competitiveness. Based on the results of empirical research, some recommendations are put forward：vigorously develop modern agriculture, optimize the industrial structure and enhance the competitiveness of service industry.
