摘　　要：通过开发军队潜水员电子健康档案系统,为军队各级卫生机构、特勤医疗(疗养)机构和体系部队聚焦潜水员保障,实施系统化、持续化的健康保障提供数据支持。该档案系统主要包括潜水员基本信息、潜水记录、训练信息、诊疗记录、身心素质评估、职业鉴定信息6大信息管理模块,基本涵盖了潜水员卫生保障工作内容。为准确掌握潜水员保障需求、对潜水员实施针对性的职业健康保障提供信息化管理手段。Through the development of＂the Electronic Health File of Military Divers＂,health support could be focused by various medical facilities,special service medical institutions and organic health support units,so that valuable data could be provided for systematic and sustained health support to the divers. The electronic health file mainly included the following 6 modules： basic information of the divers,diving records,diver training information,medical records,physical and mental quality assessment and occupational identification data,covering almost all the contents of health support for military divers. This system could provide an electronic management instrument for acquiring accurate information of divers and for implementing diver-orientated occupational health support of divers.
