摘 要:为掌握新型高强钢B550CL用于轮辐拉深冲孔过程的成形规律并对其成形缺陷进行预测,文章基于ABAQUS/EXPLICIT有限元软件平台,考虑Cockcroft-Latham(C-L)韧性断裂准则,建立了高强钢B550CL用于拉深冲孔过程的三维有限元模型,并试制轮辐验证了所建模型的可靠性。基于所建模型,模拟分析了成形后的应力、应变、壁厚和损伤分布规律,发现轮辐圆角区的应力应变较大,而不同路径的应力应变分布情况类似;轮辐直壁圆角区由于成形后减薄严重且损伤值也相对较大,成为轮辐拉深冲孔过程的危险区域。To obtain the deformation law of the drawing-punching process of the B550 CL steel spoke and predict the potential forming defects,a 3D-FE model of the drawing-punching process of high strength steel B550 CL spoke is established considering C-L ductile fracture criterion based on ABAQUS/EXPLICIT platform,and the reliability of the model is validated by the experiments.Using the model,the distributions of stress,strain,wall thickness and damage are analyzed.It is found that the stress and strain are larger in the corner zone,and the distributions are similar on different paths.The distribution of wall thickness demonstrates a greater wall thinning on the straight wall corner zone.Moreover,the larger damage value here also indicates the higher risk of cracking.So the straight wall corner zone is defined as the forming risk area.
