摘 要:板料数控渐进成形工艺是一种柔性成形工艺,这种工艺非常适合加工小批量、多品种和形状复杂的板料产品。以医疗修复体为实验对象,分别采用正成形、负成形工艺在渐进成形专用机床上完成渐进成形加工。针对工具头与支撑体间隙不合理导致零件表面产生挤压痕迹的问题,提出一种基于零件模型的整体偏置方法生成支撑体模型,很好的解决了加工件表面的质量问题。对成形零件变形区厚度及回弹变形进行测量,并对所得数据进行分析。试验结果表明,数控渐进成形中材料厚度变化遵循正弦定律;负成形加工件的厚度误差、回弹量均比有支撑的正成形大,并对影响零件厚度、回弹的主要因素进行了初步分析。The NC Incremental Sheet Forming(ISF)technology is a flexible forming process which is very suitable for the smalllot,varied and complex sheet metal product.The positive and negative forming process haved been adopted to produce the medical restoration parts sucessfully on the special ISF equipment.The thickness change and springback laws of the medical restoration parts deforming region are measured and analyzed.It is shown that the thickness of the deforming region in NC incremental forming of the sheet metal conforms to the cosine law.For the clearance between machine tool and supporting body is not reasonable,the surface of the negative forming part appear extrusion marks.In this paper,the construction model of the supporting body based on overall offset of the part model is proposed.The experimental results show that the thickness error and springback value of the negative forming part are more than those of the negative forming part.The main factors affecting the thickness error and springback value are analyzed.
