摘 要:目的:分析不同浓度胆红素血症对新生儿脑干听觉诱发电位的影响,为临床治疗和早期评估预后提供依据。方法:根据血清胆红素水平(Sb)的高低将174例患儿分成两组:甲组110例,为相对低胆红素浓度组(Sb≤342μmol/L);乙组64例,为相对高胆红素浓度组(Sb>342μmol/L)。两组进行脑干听觉诱发电位检测并进行比较。结果:174例高胆红素血症新生儿脑干听觉诱发电位共有218耳异常(62.6%),甲、乙两组比较,乙组异常率明显增高(P<0.01),甲、乙两组V波反应阀比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:高胆红素血症对脑干听觉诱发电位有影响,异常率与浓度升高呈正相关。Objective: To analyse the influence of different concentrations of hyperbilirubinemia in newborn brainstem auditory evoked potential, provide the basis for clinical treatment and early assessment of prognosis. Methods: According to the level of serum bilirubin(Sb), 174 cases were divided into two groups: group A, 110 cases(Sb ≤ 342 μmol/L) was relative low concentration of bilirubin group; Group B, 64 cases(Sb 〉342μmol/L) was relative high bilirubin concentration group.The brainstem auditory evoked potential of two groups was tested and compared. Results: The brainstem auditory evoked potential were abnormal in 218 ears.Compared with groub A, the abonrmal rate increased obriously(P 〈0.01).There were significant differences in Ⅴ wave response domain between group A and B(P 〈0.01). Conclusion: Hyperbilirubinemia has an effect in brainstem auditory evoked potential. The abnormal rate is positirely correlated with serum bilirubin concentration.
