摘 要:为探讨锰结核泵工作对扬矿管道的振动影响,在实验室建立了扬矿管道振动试验系统,进行了扭转和弯曲振动分析,测试了管道振动特性。研究结果表明,泵运行过程中,管道系统作为一动力系统,不仅产生静态力,而且诱发管道振动,动载荷远高于静载荷(振幅放大系数M=6.75)。试验得出的频率峰值随泵转速变化与理论分析基本一致。In order to investigate the influences of manganese nodules pump operation on lifting pipe vibration,the vibration test system of a lifting pipe with a manganese nodules pump was set up in lab,the pipe's torsion vibration and flexural one were analysed,the vibration characteristics of the pipe were measured. The study results showed that during pump operation,the pipe system as a dynamic system not only has static forces,but also its vibration is excited,the dynamic load is much higher than static load( the amplitude magnification coefficient M = 6. 75). The tested peak frequency curve with change of the pump rotating speed agrees well with that of the theoretical analysis.
