摘  要:漫反射式零差正交激光测振仪是在零差正交激光测振仪的基础上研制的,测量光的传输采用透镜组方式代替传统的直接反射形式,即测量光聚焦在振动物体表面形成漫反射光,通过透镜组汇聚与参考光形成干涉。该测量方法克服了传统零差正交激光测振仪难调整,干涉效果长期稳定差,对实验环境要求高的缺点,在20 Hz^4 k Hz频率范围内实现了0.1%100 m/s2的振动激光绝对法测量。同时相比外差激光测振仪,该方法还具有可降低硬件成本的优点。The development of diffuse reflection type homodyne quadrature laser vibrometers is based on the traditional technology of homodyne quadrature laser vibrometer. It is different from the traditional vibrometer,the latter makes the measuring light beam irradiate on a vibration body and then be reflected back directly,the measuring light of the former passes through lens groups and is focused into a light spot on the vibration body to form diffuse reflection on the face of the vibration body. Then,the diffuse light goes through a lens to be gathered and interfere with a reference light.Through tests,it was shwon that this method can realize absolute vibration measurement within a frequency range of 20 ~4 k Hz and a amplitude range of 0. 1 ~ 100 m / s2; this method can overcome the shortcomings of traditional interferometers,such as,hard to adjustment,interference effect without long term stability,and high requirement for test environment;meanwhile,compared with heterodyne laser vibrometers,the diffuse reflection type homodyne quadrature laser vibrometers can reduce hardware costs.
