摘　　要：本文在对我国现有标准化领域试点示范考核验收机制的调研基础上,了解这些考核验收机制有共性和差别;通过设计针对现行国家循环经济标准化试点考核评估方案的调查问卷,对组织循环经济标准化试点的地方质检部门以及承担试点工作的单位进行调查,收集有关意见、建议和实施效果等有关数据,全面深入客观评估现行考核评估政策的实施效果。从而研究修订《国家循环经济标准化试点考核评估方案(试行)》,建立能够更准确反映试点效果、可操作性更强、适用性更好的考核评估机制,为国家循环经济标准化试点的考核评估打好基础。Based on the investigation of existing standardization pilot demonstration evaluation mechanisms, this paper shows the similarities and differences between these mechanisms; through designing the questionnaires aiming at the evaluation program of existing national circular economy standardization pilot, it makes investigation for local departments of quality assurance who organize circular economy standardization pilot and pilot units, collects some relevant data about opinion, proposals and implementation effect, and evaluates the implementation effect of existing evaluation mechanisms comprehensively and objectively. Thus, it studies and revises the Evaluation Program for the Standardization Pilot of National Circular Economy（provisional）, sets up an evaluation mechanism which can reflect the effect more accurately, maneuverable and applicable, laying a good foundation for the evaluation of national circular economy standardization pilot.
