摘　　要：本文根据电热毯的产品特性、行业状况和国内外标准情况,结合近几年国家监督抽查数据情况,分析了电热毯产品的质量状况。结果显示,2003年至2013年,电热毯产品的合格率处于40.9%-90.0%之间波动,行业整体质量存在问题较多,建议通过完善产品标准体系、开展风险监测、发布风险预警等措施,进一步强化生产企业的质量意识,促进电热毯产品质量的整体提升,维护消费者合法权益。According to product characteristics, industry conditions and domestic and international standards of electric blanket, combined with national supervision data for recent years, the paper analyzes the product quality and safety situation for electric blanket. The results shows the passing rate of products in the blanket fluctuated between 40.9% to 90.0% from 2003 to 2013, there are many quality problems in the overall industry. Finally, the paper proposes the measures and suggestions, such as improving product standards, carrying out risk monitoring, publishing risk warning and so on. With these measures, the sense of enterprises quality product can be further strengthened, the overall quality of the electric blanket product can be enhanced, and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers can be protected.
