摘　　要：毛泽东探索社会主义商品经济的理论未果的原因有三:第一,毛泽东对马克思主义经典作家一定程度上存在着理论崇拜和理论依赖,对理论创新不自觉、不自信,使他没有能够沿着正确的理论探索继续前进,没能把关于社会主义商品生产和价值规律等问题的理论探索深化一步;第二,社会主义建设实践展开得不充分,毛泽东对计划经济和市场经济的属性了解不深,他仅仅能够认识到商品生产、商品经济是能够为社会主义服务的工具,而不能认识到它们是社会主义的一部分;第三,时代主题转换展现得不明显、不充分,毛泽东没有能够认识到苏联模式在中国暴露出来的问题不仅是因为它与中国国情不适,而且更是因为它已经开始不适应时代主题转换的要求。The reason for Mao Zedong＇s failure in the exploration to the theory of socialist commodity economy lies in the following three.Firstly,to a certain degree,Mao had a theory worship and the theory dependence on Marxist classics;Secondly,the socialist construction practice in China just began,it was difficult for Mao to understand the attribute of planned economy and market economy,thus he could merely realize that the commodity production and the commodity economy was a tool which served for the socialism,but could not realize that they should be a part of socialism;Thirdly,the transformation of themes of the times was not obvious,nor full,Mao was not been able to realize that the problems of the Soviet Model revealed in China were not only because it could not fit the Chinese national condition,moreover it already could not fit the transformation of the theme of the times.
