摘  要:城市新区是城镇化的重要空间载体,其生态环境面临着开发建设所带来的巨大威胁。城市生态规划是在协同推进新型城镇化和生态文明建设的背景下,实现绿色发展和生态空间山清水秀的重要途径。以烟台市东部海洋经济新区起步区为例,利用RS和GIS技术,对沿海新区城市生态规划进行了研究。通过分析开发建设过程中的生态敏感性因子及其空间分布特征,对区域生态敏感性进行综合评价,将研究区划分为生态高度、中度和轻度敏感区,分别占总面积的48.1%、7.4%和44.5%。在生态敏感性综合评价的基础上,构建"一核、四心、多廊"的区域景观生态格局,并将全区划分为5个生态功能区,分别提出相应的发展指引,以协调生态环境保护和城市发展之间的矛盾。Urban new area is the important spatial carrier of urbanization, and its ecological environment is facing a huge threat of development and construction. In the context of current trends in new-type urbanization and ecological civilization construction in China, urban ecological planning has been becoming a significant approach in achieving green development as well as unspoiled and beautiful ecological space. Taking Starting Area of Eastem Marine Economic New Area in Yantai as an example, a study on ecological planning of urban new area was carried out, using remote sensing and geographic information system technologies. The study revealed the ecological sensitivity factors and their spatial distribution characteristics during the construction of the coastal new area, and carried out a comprehensive evaluation of regional ecological sensitivity. The results showed that the study area could be divided into three ecological sensitive areas, including the high, the moderate and the slight one, whose area proportions were respectively 48.1%, 7.4% and 44.5%. According to the results, the study planned and designed a landscape ecological pattern, including one core, four centers and several corridors, then demarcated five ecological function regionalizations and proposed guidelines on local development, so as to resolve the conflicts between ecological environment protection and urban development.
