药师通过联络单发挥实时干预作用的调查研究

摘　　要：目的通过联络单对问题处方进行实时干预,促进合理用药。方法采用回顾性分析方法,收集本院门急诊2014年1-12月份药师书写的920张处方联络单,逐一登记联络单中所涉及问题及临床科室,对登记结果进行统计分析。结果 920张处方联络单中涉及3大类问题处方,其中不合理处方占58.80%、不符合医保规定处方占3.26%、其他处方占37.93%。所有联络单共涉及40个科室。结论药师通过联络单及时与医师进行沟通,对问题处方进行实时干预,减少医患纠纷,提高合理用药水平。Objective To promote the rational use of drug through the contact list of the prescription for real-time intervention. Method A retrospective analysis was adopted,920 contact lists which were written by prescriptions from January to December in 2014 were collected. The issues of all contact lists involved and the clinical departments were filled in a form individually. And then the results of data statistically were analyzed. Result Among 920 contact lists,three main types were contained,irrational use of drug was 58. 80%,non-compliance with medical regulations was 3. 26%,others was 37. 93%. A total number of 40 clinical departments were involved. Conclusion To reduce disputes and enhance the level of rational use of drug,pharmacists need to contact with the physicians promptly,and the problematic prescriptions should be intervened real-timely by the contact lists.
