福州口岸出入境人群梅毒感染情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析福州口岸出入境人群梅毒感染情况,为改进预防和控制措施提供科学依据。方法对2012—2014年福州口岸出入境人员梅毒血清学检测结果进行统计分析。结果在24 725名出入境人员中检出梅毒感染81例,总感染率3.28‰,男性感染率3.93‰,女性感染率1.30‰;感染者年龄集中于40-60岁;不同职业中船员和劳务人员感染率较高。结论应加强对船员和劳务人员的流行病学监测,控制梅毒的感染和传播。Objective Analysis of Fuzhou ports entry-exit personnel syphilis infection status, to provide scientific basis for improvement of the prevention and control measures. Methods Statistical analysis of 2012 to 2014 in fuzhou ports entry-exit personnel syphilis serology test results. Results Among the 24 725 entry-exit personnel,detected the syphilis infection in 81 cases, the total infection rate was 3.28‰, the male infection rate was 3.93‰,the female infection rate was 1.30 ‰. The infected persons age concentrated in 40 to 60 years old. The seaman and laborer infection rate was higher in different occupations. Conclusion Strengthen the epidemiological surveillance of the seaman and laborer,,to effectively control the infection and spread of syphilis.
