摘 要:目的研究化学恐怖的特点,探讨口岸在反化学恐怖事件中如何选择适合的侦检技术装备。方法根据国内外对化学恐怖用毒检测技术的研究进展以及我国口岸的具体情况,探讨口岸卫生检疫部门在应对化学恐怖的过程中,选择侦检装备的关键要素和一般原则。结果口岸防化反恐能力的建设是一个逐步完善的过程,可以按先"鉴别能力"后"鉴定能力"的顺序分步建设口岸化学危害因子检测能力。结论现场、实时、在位的快速侦检仪器的装备是当前口岸反化学恐怖侦检装备的首选。Objective Based on the characteristics of chemical terrorism, to explore how to select the appropriate detector to response chemical terror at frontier ports. Methods According to the research progress of detection technology in anti-chemical terror in domestic and abroad and the specific circumstances of frontier ports, to explore the key factors and general principles for selecting detection equipment, which is useful for anti-chemical terror of health and quarantine departments at frontier ports. Results The capacity building of anti-chemical terror could be processed gradually at frontier ports. From differentiating capacity to identification capacity, the detection ability of chemical hazard factor could be developed step-by-step. Conclusion Currently, live, real-time and in place rapid detection equipment is preferred for anti-chemical terror at frontier port.
