摘  要:国内丙烯酸异辛酯装置中控样品组分分析方法通常采用填充柱气相色谱法,实际应用中存在组分检出限高、重复性差等问题,根据实验室现有条件对中控分析采用毛细管柱法进行改进。结果表明,新方法降低了组分分析检出限,组分重复性更好,提高了分析准确度,满足了装置生产实际需求。Packed column gas chromatography is generally used to analyze the composition of central-controlled sample in 2-ethylhexyl acrylate production unit in China. However, in practical applications, there are some problems such as high detection limit and poor reproducibility. Therefore ,the improvement is conducted by using capillary method in this study, based on the existing conditions of the laboratory. The results show that the new method reduces the component analysis, detection limit, achieves better repeatability and improve the analysis accuracy, which meet the actual demand of equipment production.
